  Bether Colony - 40 familes migrated from Central Travancore headed by Rev. Plavumkal Mathai Kaseesa, a well known reformer in Marthoma church during 50s. They named the this village "bethel Marthoma Colony' and late known as Pullencherry. Now the People are scattered in to various denominations like Marthoma, Evangelical, CSI, Malankara Catholic, Bretheren and various pentecosotal denominations. We the younger generation are pround of our forefathers who taught us to keep the real christin values in our Practical life. God blessed the yourger generation. Our youngsters are educated and professionals working different parts of the Globe. Yes this is what the picture of our small village. Yes we are at Bethel. The Lord is with us and we are with our Lord. We are pledged to accomplish the ambitions of our forefathers. When you visit Pullencherry, remember you ar at a Paradise where people worship the Living God.
