  • My daughter in law's father Shri Rajinder Garg, running a grocer shop at Budhana Gate, Monu store, R/o 387/1, New nehru nagar, Garh road, Meerut have stated in the D.V. Act case in Vasai Court, ( Sweta Vs Abhinav & Lokesh Mittal) Mumbai that they have incurred more then 15 Lakh rupees in 2009 till today in different occasions and marriage, while I have never been received any money from them. I would like to know by the Income tax department/ sales tax/vet tax etc. can he spend this huge amount while he also reconstructed his shop also.
