Central Park Subdivision Phases 2 and 3 are right across the whole length of the Cordillera Avenue with lot areas divided into 300 square meters each and surrounded by paved cemented 2 way lanes (Taal, Cordillera and Apo Road) and smaller 1 lane paved cemented road which is the boundary of Central Park Subdivision's beach line area, now called NHA Bangkal - Kadayawan Homes' Main Road.
Central Park Subdivision has street names that of the Philippine geological locations of mountain ranges and volcanoes, which are still in used as of this day. Then Santos Marketing and Flores Subdivision were part of Rodriguez Family property filled with coconut trees.
