Former space for pharmacy Fisher Brothers Drug Store/Fisher Drug Store/The Fisher Drug Store/Fisher's Drug Store (1880-c. September 1975), greeting card stores The Carousel (c. early-October 1975-Spring 1988), and Jerry's Hallmark (June 28, 1988 [originally located at 114 4th Street]-c. late 2013), antique toy store Baraboo Toy Soldier Shoppe & Miniatures/Baraboo Toy Soldier Shoppe (February 23, 2019 [originally located at 524 Oak Street, suite 15]-February 10, 2024 [relocated to 614 Oak Street and reopened c. March 2, 2024]), and gift shop The Baraboo Shop (April 5, 2024-August 31, 2025).

The exterior storefront of this building space was featured in the 1994 romantic comedy film I Love Trouble, starring Julia Roberts and Nick Nolte. Jerry's Hallmark, which was housed in this space during the time was temporarily transformed into a fictional barber shop set Spring Creek Barber Shop for the movie. The project began on September 27, 1993 and filming began between October 4-18, 1993. Even a partially-built set "building" was constructed over the alley, located between this store and Corner Drug Hometown Pharmacy, which was Woolworths during the time of the filming. That partially-built set "building" included a billboard painting of the little girl saying "More milk... mom." The painting was created by a Disney artist, while the set "building" over the alley was constructed by a carpenter from Portage, completely made of wood, even the "bricks." It was taken down (including the barber shop storefront set) a few weeks after the filming. I Love Trouble was released on June 29, 1994.
