This is a folded diamond (or parclo-AB) interchange between Interstate 74 and Secondary Route 2000 (Park Drive) near White Plains, south of Mount Airy, North Carolina. All of the ramps are on the west side of Route 2000 due to the proximity of the Ararat River. The interchange has not been significantly modified since it was constructed around 1998.
