This is a fully directional Y-interchange between Interstate 74 and Interstate 77 near Pine Ridge west of Mount Airy, North Carolina. The interchange is at the southern and eastern end of a 4.9 mile overlap between I-74 and I-77, which currently ends at the Virginia line. Interstate 74 traffic turns to the east at this point.

The interchange was partially graded, and the bridge on northbound I-77 constructed, around 1975 along with I-77. However, it was not completed until 1993-1994 with the construction of the I-74 bypass of Mount Airy.
