  • Toms was a great place to hangout when i lived in Portland!!! It was always known to me as a Raider fan hangout!!!! BIG PLUS!!! But yes i have moved back to my own stomping grounds in Oakland, but I do remember ALL the diehards in Portlandet and made me feel welcomed!!! Oh yea the food kickedASS!!! I'll see ya guys soon!
