Bi-directional troposcatter transmitter/receiver antennae which relayed communications between the Project Office sites at Charlottesville to the NE and Chatham to the S. Both the reflectors and feed horns are made out of concrete and nuclear-hardened to withstand blast effects in the event of attack.
