This is a single lane roundabout at the intersection of U.S. Route 15 (James Monroe Highway) and U.S. Route 50 (John Mosby Highway). There is a slip lane from southbound Route 15 to westbound Route 50. Secondary Route 884 (Howsers Branch Drive) to the southeast functions as a quadrant roadway between Route 15 south and Route 50 east, relieving traffic at this intersection.

It is one of four roundabouts constructed from 2008 to 2009 along U.S. Routes 15 and 50 to reduce congestion at the previous traffic light. This roundabout was modified in 2013 due to a high number of crashes, by removing the second northbound entry lane and adjusting the approach curves.
