    The work is still going on and builder is planning to introduce 2 more buildings (H and I) along with additional Twin Bunglow within the society. This is all against the registered agreement of exisiting society members. Aarohi Cooperative Housing Society is moving to court by filling CRIMIAL case against builder. 65+ consumer cases are filled in state forum and many more are filling. Aarohi CHS is also moving to NCF to protect rights of its members.

    The possession to Aarohi society members is still not given (actual possession date was Jul'10), this is builder Teerth Realties is not a big time cheater, its not only Aarohi Society, but Teerth Towers residents and another builder (His partner in another project) is suffering till now. He use to cheat people and make money from this cheating. He is planing to construct Teerth Township behind Teerth Towers and will cheat more number of property buyers. BEWARE of Teerth Realties.
