Originally built by the Indianapolis Water Company in 1959, HqO serves as the renovated hub of the 16 Tech district, completed in 2021. HqO includes three activity centers: 1776, AMP, and Machyne. 1776 is a 55,000 square-feet of flexible work and incubator space. AMP is a 40,000 square-feet of food hall and event space. Machyne is a 15,000 square-feet of makerspace.
