The second Ulsan-class frigate built, Seoul was commissioned in 1985. It served with the ROK Navy for 30 years, finally retiring in December 2015. Seoul is currently moored in the Han River, the only warship at the park still afloat.
Visitors are able to board the frigate and tour its galley, mess, showers, and bunk areas. The captain's cabin, radar room, wheelhouse and top decks are also accessible to visitors.
