  • 20 years back this place was not a wellknown area to many people of todays generation including the so called leader Mr Vaddepalli Narsing Rao.,who presently illegally put goons to freighten the genuine middle class buyers of the land in 1988 and 1989. The land near the gandimaisamma X roads to towards Miyapur side has been sold to educated employees in 1988 and 1989. The purchasers working in different organisations like HAL,BHEL,NRSA, ICRISAT, BANK AND OTHER employees. till 1999 the area was calm and quite and after that when the lands rate started going up suddenly Mr Vaddepalli narsing Rao, the self declared leader instigated the villagers who has sold the land in 1988&1989 and made them to declare that the lands have not been sold and they were dooped by the middle man in 1988&1989. With this the purchasers of the land pooled themselves to fight with Vaddepallis atrocities under a registered society. Finally the case has come to High court and the Sale deeds have been verified by the court and passed the orders infavour of purchasers as legal. This did not detor Vaddepalli and he constructed a cutcha boundary wall which was later declared as illegal and removed by then Cyberabad Police Commissioner Mahernder Reddy. Inspite of all these things the present position is through backdoor pressures Vaddepalli propagates throgh locals that the land has to be sold to him only and that too with a rate of 40/- per Sq Yard where as the present market rate is around not lee than 6000/- to 7000/-. This is the story of Gandimisamma chourasta state and our so called leaders behaviour.
  • Many poor people spending amount on court cases to acquire there land back. Already 1 generation is completed fighting/ following up on case..Only God knows when the justice will be given.
  • Can some one tell me the reason why the land rate at gandimaisama is not increasing.This place is also so near from the city 45 minutes from ameerpet and 30 minutes to madhapur (hitectcity)
