This is a compact diamond interchange between Interstate 81 and Tennessee Secondary Route 341 (Roy Messer Highway) west of White Pine, Tennessee near Colliers Corner. It connects Interstate 81 to the recently constructed Tennessee Route 66 expressway leading north to Morristown. The interchange was reconstructed around 2007 with the widening of Route 341, but its general configuration was not changed.
