This is a partial cloverleaf interchange between Interstate 81 and U.S. Route 25E (Davy Crockett Parkway) between White Pine and Morristown, Tennessee. It was reconstructed around 2014 and the old loop ramps were replaced with higher speed ramps. The southbound I-81 entrance ramp was replaced with an outer ramp in the northwest quadrant featuring a bridge over the adjacent Norfolk Southern railway. The northbound I-81 exit ramp is the only remaining loop ramp but was rebuilt with a larger radius.
