Lansing is an unincorporated community in section 10 of Lansing Township, Mower County, Minnesota.

It was settled and platted in 1858, and incorporated as a village in 1881, but dissolved in 1885. It had a CMS&P railroad station, a flour mill, a hotel, and a general store where the post office began in 1857.

The Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad served Lansing from 1866 until 1985, with a line now operated by the Iowa, Chicago and Eastern.
