This is an interchange between Interstate 81 and Tri Cities Crossing between Kingsport and Johnson City, Tennessee. On southbound I-81, the interchange is a half diamond with Tri Cities Crossing. On northbound I-81, the interchange includes entry and exit ramps connecting to Tri Cities Crossing at its intersection with Fordtown Road. This exit was not built originally with Interstate 81, but was constructed around 2000.
