Estate home built c. 1857 in the Italianate style for David Gelston Floyd who was a descendant of William Floyd. In 1929, the estate was inherited by Grace Delafield Robinson whose husband, Francis DeLancey Robinson, designed alterations.
It is now an event venue after being restored from a period of abandonment.
