AKA Swanholm - Built in 1911 by Mary Vinton Clark. The current building replaced a wooden building that Mrs. Clark built on the site in 1877, which burned in December 1910. Mary's sister lived next door in Courtlands. Built on what was a portion of their father's estate, La Plaisance. The 30,000-square-foot, three-story brick and stucco mansion has almost 40 rooms, including 14 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms, and it has 15 fireplaces.
