Fort "Legionów", "Dąbrowskiego", "Czerniaków" (Warsaw)

Legionów Fort. Legionów Fort is part of fortifications built arount Warsaw by Russian in second part of XIX century. It's a property of Polish Military Force nowadays.

The fort as of Summer 2007 is abandoned. The summer cottages devastated, the prime land is probably going to be developed into a subdivision. Of course it would be much better to turn it into a park or park-museum complex, sorely needed in this beautiful, expensive but culturally deserted area.
