Used to be a great small plaza, now gone to waste with 90% of the buildings being abandoned, most likely all rentable now, but basically all gone to waste and nobody goes there anymore.

As of 3/19/23 90% of the lot is demolished, from sources around the area it is soon to be a john hopkins medical center.
