  this place had more than 2 acers of hindu masanwati wrongly included in its area....and the temain real kabristan area has kul kaida haqdarrs names on the 7/12 papers of many catholic farmers of boat makers......papdy kabristan had encorched land of other rightful parties

  Dear John D,,,,,Manikpur{Guest} With reference to ur quote on Papdi Kabrastan it appears that u have some misconseptions about said property.It is property owned by Trustees of Papdi Jama Masjid. U may peruse the mutation entries maintained by Revenue dept. since pre British era till date vis a vis the settled legal position pertaining to Wakf property so as to clear ur misunderstanding.
