2-story commercial building completed in 1924. Designed by Bloch & Hesse, it is clad in limestone. The ground floor has recessed, central glass double-doors flanked by a plate-glass display-window on either side. The 2nd floor has two bays of large, square windows, each slightly recessed in a shallow segmental-arch shape. A simple metal coping caps the roof line. The building was formerly occupied by Aerosoles shoes, and then Portabella menswear, and now by Dig Inn restaurant, which added a projecting, black wood-and-glass entrance box with a door at its south side.
