HADEED II for Flat products constructed during 1997-2001.
Dedust, Steel Plant (Electric Arc Furnace and Ladle Furnace), Contineous Casting Machine, Reheating Furnace, Roughing & Finishing Mills, Rolling Mills, Cut to length & Sitting Line, Cold Roll Mill, Galvanizing Unit, Complete Infra structure, Sea Water and Process Water Stns, etc. (Total production capacity 800,000 T per annum) were constructed by Saudi Voest-Alpine on Turnkey basis, where Engr Jeesan worked as Civil Engineer Apl 1997-Oct 2001. For the project:Total Qty of Reinf. Concerete used = 180,000 cub.m, Total Erection Tonnage: Structural Steel-45,000 T and Machinaries-45,000 T.
