Commercial shopping building which was designed in 1938 by Arthur E. Allen of Jamaica for the Manhasset Park Co./North Shore Building Co. Its first tenants included a Grand Union supermarket, Manhasset Plumbing & Heating, and the Park Avenue Tailor.
