  • I went there 2 weeks ago, I found that The defect of the new house in phase 1 is much more worst than the house build by Talam-Taman Puncak Jalil. Because I brought Punjak Jalil house. I thought no other developers worst than Talam previously.
  • I bought one lot over here in Taman Damai Utama, the house was impossible being accept by anyone. not even a single wall in 100% good condition, everywhere is cracking. Seriously, defects are all around the house, not even the wall, wooden doors, there's some SIGNATURE over the wall! poorly i cant attach any photo i grab in my new house. Mahajaya the WORST ! my poor english make me cant even explain how WORST is the house! Reason mahajaya gave me was, the contractor who built this house ran away before settled everything, i was wondering, how dare them issue the CF! Even blind can also feel the defects !
  • i strongly agree with you Lam. All the house really "teruk". but is still 100% complete, better than talam even cannot hand-over a complete house. I am 1 of the victim.

  • What your guys said is true, the workmanship is very very "teruk". i heard from mahajaya that they willing to fix all the defect before we moving in. However, i still can accept it bcoz the most important is no leaking and the house is safe for people to stay. With this amount and area, what you expected. If you want better, why not try to consider I&P developer which start from RM400K above.
  • Hi Lim, I bought RM339.000. or almost 340k. 1 think i love above this place is because the environment. it just next to ayer hitam forest reserve.the view and the air here is better than other place. but i just hope that the highway that will link to pasar borong selangor is not open. more car will pollute the air here.
