Kasota is a city in in sections 29, 32, and 33 of Kasota Township, Le Sueur County, Minnesota. The population was 675 at the 2010 census.

Kasota was platted in 1855, and incorporated in 1890. Kasota was served by the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad from 1902 until 1980.
