The Flats is a neighborhood in Burlington Massachusetts. It is mostly comprised of residential areas, except for the far western side by Winn Street. It was previously part of Wynnmere, until locals decided that there should be another neighborhood. As the name suggests, The Flats are the flattest part of Burlington.
