The Highpoint on Columbus Commons is finally getting the mini-grocer that Robert Weiler Company VP Alex Marsh says has long-been a goal for the apartment community.
But it’s coming from a company many would not expect at a luxury apartment community.
DGX, a new concept from Dollar General, is headed for 6,200 square feet of space at 166 S. High St.
The smaller-format DGX stores are a mix between a standard grocery store and a convenience store and designed specifically for urban shoppers. DGX will offer grab-and-go food items, fresh produce, sandwiches and a coffee station, and carry home goods, beauty products and more.
