This area was first used for storage in 2005 or 2006, and was further developed sometime between early 2007 and early 2009. The final walled rectangular design was built sometime between early 2010 and late 2012. Little was stored at the site between mid 2013 and November 2016, but many materials were stored here from January to August 2017, and again from October 2017 to May 2019. A small speedboat was stored here from August 2017 to early November 2017.

Anonymous drone footage posted to You Tube on September 12, 2019 shows a peek inside of this building viewed threw an open door, where there is a double-door clearly visible in the very back of the building, which seems to suggest some kind of subterranean access, as where the doors in lead the back of the room would be well underground.
