2-story Renaissance-revival mercantile building completed in 1900. Designed by Julius F. Munckwitz, it is clad in sheet metal painted light blue-grey. The ground floor has a storefront on the right, with two plate-glass show-windows flanking a recessed glass door. At the left is a metal door to the upper floor. Three paneled pilasters frame the storefront and south door.

The 2nd floor has a central triple-window set in a beveled surround. The ends of the facade have paired pilasters with Corinthian capitals, and the facade is crowned by a modillioned roof cornice. The original tenants of the building were National Cash Register Company on the first floor; and a Brunswick pool table showroom upstairs. By 1902 the ground floor had become the E. A. Bauerschmidt Restaurant. By 1915 the entire building was taken over by the Wright Laundry, and throughout the 20th century the little building was home to a variety of businesses.

Most recently, in 2016, it became home to Flying Tiger Copenhagen, a Danish variety store (inexpensive home decor, party decorations, costume items, gifts). It is now Warby Parker.
