199-foot, 18-story modernist residential building completed in 1985. Designed by David M. Lewis and Buck/Cane Architects, it is clad in tan brick on the piers, and glass with light-grey stone spandrels in between. The four piers divide the facade into three bays, each with a tripartite window; the center bay is narrower than the outer bays. The entrance is in the south bay, with glass double-doors below a rounded, green canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk. The other two bays have plate-glass storefronts at the ground floor, with a glass door in the northern one. There is a setback above the 17th floor.

The building is L-shaped, with the short leg of the L extending to the north where it meets the street. The north elevation at this wing is clad in brick and has a bay of single-windows at the front edge on the 13th-17th floors. The set-back remainder of the north elevation is lso brick, with a grid of exposed concrete, and has another bay of single-windows at the top floors near the east end. The rear, west facade has two bays of double-windows and sets back above the 15th floor, with another (much deeper) setback above the 16th, and a notched northeast corner at the 18th floor. There is a glass-enclosed solarium atop the west end of the 15th floor. There are no openings in the south facade rising above the neighboring building to the south.

The building contains 23 condominium units. The ground floor is occupied by Only Hearts lingerie store.
