Former farmhouse which was altered by Frank Lloyd Wright c. 1940 for C. Leigh Stevens. It was purchased in 1986 by Joel Silver who restored the property. The home is open to the public every two years for tours benefiting the Beaufort County Open Land Trust. As of when the entry was written, the next tour will likely be in November of 2020.
