An artificial lake dug out in a convoluted pattern in order to create an "all-waterfront" neighborhood where every building lot is directly on the lake shore. Despite the attempt at organic contours for the lake itself, the overall subdivision is still a monotonous square wedged between uniformly-spaced rural roads. Ramps at the north-east corner of the subdivision can be used to launch small boats into the small, sealed lake.

Another, similar, project exists approximately 10 miles to the northeast.
