  Terrible management logistics, service is very poor. Personal staring at you when you ask for any service, even including room service. My room was smelly and unclean for 2 days, after talk with manager they just changed towels and provided extra hygienic supplementary. Despite stay in the rate of luxury room, all service were provided after the request. Meal was also not really fresh and main course was served with pasta every occasion. Reception (girls) looks freaked, if you male – as a prey after long-time no sexual relationship. Very slow and can postponed any request less than a half of day. I’m native Russian speaking guy, don’t know what will be their reaction when you correspond in English! Swimming pool is yammi, dirty – my body got sticky. It was our worse experience ever!!!
