Built at the turn of the 20th century on the site of the old castle, Castle Hněvín stands as a pleasant restaurant, far enough from the New Town to forget it a while.

The view from the top is not bad, given the deleterious effects of mining on the region. The distant sounds of Most's racetrack often serve as an unpleasant reminder of less scenic locations and passtimes.
