- Notes: This house was built by Frederick R. Baker, an important figure in Fort Collins' early history. Initially an important early farmer and rancher, Baker went on to become civically active, being elected to four terms as mayor of Fort Collins. As mayor, Baker pushed for the establishment of the town's first public park and public library. Aside from the importance stemming from the home's first owner, it is also significant as a rare example of the Queen Anne architectural style in this region.
