church, ruins, cemetery, archaeological site
The church of Saint Moen (or Munna) in Kilmoon is attested as early as the 9th century, even if it might not be on the site of the original early Celtic monastery. It is also recorded in the early 14th century, but was in ruins after 1641. Today the foundations can be traced within the old graveyard. The earliest inscribed date on a grave slab here is 1767.
