This is a partial cloverleaf (parclo-AB or folded diamond) interchange between Interstate 77 and Secondary Route 620 (Old Pipers Gap Road / Lambsburg Road) near Lambsburg, Virginia. It is the southernmost interchange on I-77 in Virginia and is at the base of the ascent of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The interchange was constructed around 1976 and has not been significantly modified since.
