Notes: This grouping of agricultural buildings was once the seat of the cattle ranching operations of Joseph S. Hutchinson, one of the most successful ranchers in the region. The site is historically valuable because it represents the full range of buildings that were once common on such cattle ranches. Additionally, the main ranch house is believed to be the oldest existing frame structure in the Upper Arkansas Valley region.
