Floating is a unique therapeutic method for achieving deep relaxation in a specially equipped float room. A special pool is filled with a concentrated (about 30%) solution of the English salt (heptahydrate of magnesium sulfate), which allows the body to “soar” on the surface. The temperature of water and air is about 34–35°C, which together with sound and light insulation allows oneself to completely disconnect external stimuli and immerse oneself in a state that is perceived as weightlessness.
