The third phase (EP3|Civic) [has a length of 4 kilometers (2.5 miles) and a total area of 318 acres (129 ha). This is a sector that embodies the nature and privacy of public parks, as well as their close connection with the environment. It will include riverside restaurants, retail stores, a sculpture garden, a Ferris wheel, an outdoor library with reading gardens and an entertaining sports club. SP3 includes about 250 acres (100 ha) of outdoor picnic areas and is located just outside the Central Business District (CBD).
