Coursed and squared limestone; rendered at back and sides, probably intended to be rendered and lined as ashlar to front as well; low-pitched slate roof, hipped to left. 2 storeys. Deep eaves; large external-end stack to right, integral brick end stack at left, and external lateral brick stack at rear.
