Barag Limestone Mine is situated in 360 Bigha area of Sangrah Sub-Division. This is a project to produce mineral Limestone by open cast mechanized mining method. Waliya Mine Barag is about 3 KM from Barag village. Around this mine there are three other illegal Mines named Bharwan, Ghaton and Bhootmarhi situated in about 530 Bigha land. There is a huge destruction in Dewdhal, Bharwan, Ghaton and Bhootmarhi pasture and forest due to unlawful and unscientific mining. Dev-Dhal Jungle is a thick Forest near Sangrah Town on Sangrah-Renukaji -Nahan Road. Total area of Varahawtar forest is about 250 Hectare and the Jungle is full of Baan (Oak), Buras (Rhododendron) and Devdar (Cedrus Deodara) trees. Panchayat representative of Redly send a request letter/ Resolution to Secretory Himachal Tourism department to develop Vrha Temple as a tourist spot on 3rd of April, 2017. They demanded link Road and Rope Way to the Temple from Himachal Government. The Varaha Awtar Temple is situated on Top of the Devdhal Hill and this is the single Temple of Lord Varaha in Sirmour District. The temple is situated at an altitude of 7200 foot from the sea level and has been covered with Snow during winter season.
