Watson is a city in sections 21 and 28 of Tunsberg Township, Chippewa County, Minnesota. The population was 205 at the 2010 census. It was platted in August 1879 and incorporated as a village on May 24, 1883. The post office opened in 1879.
It was located on the mainline of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad, completed between Chicago and the west coast during 1909. The rail line is now operated by the Twin Cities and Western.
