One of the oldest Apartment in Jagrut Lane (16 years), surrounded by lush green trees and vegetation. Rare birds sighted here very often. Now facing extinction due to construction of large housing complex (Motiram Gardens). Behind this building is located a historical well (more than 100 years old) in Godbole Baug which was the only source of water to the parched Vadavli Section.
