Oriented neo-Gothic Basilica of 1901-04.
The provisional chapel, opened in 1883, before the construction of present church was demolished and rebuilt in the courtyard of Grote Hondstraat, 42-44.
The current church was auctioned on February 20, 1901,
laying the foundation stone on May 15, 1902.
Opened on May 8, 1904 and inaugurated on September 29, 1904
The War damage on roofs restored in 1951 and stained glass windows in 1956. Painting during 1963-64.
