A cycling community club based at Ambleside Sports Club.
The club caters for all levels of cyclists, recreational and competitive.
Regular club rides are held on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday mornings leaving Ambleside Sports Club at 9am. These rides will be around 40-50 miles, always with a cafe stop and a pace of between 15-17 mph average. There will almost always be a slower ride on a Sunday with maybe a more direct way to the cafe stop and back.
For competitive cyclists the club is affiliated to British Cycling and Cycling Time Trials. We hold regular monthly events at Ambleside on cycling related matters such as Bike Maintenance, Training, Nutrition, etc.
