Village church, parts dating from the mid 13th Century, although in the main from the early 14th Century, and associated with the Grandison family, built as a Chapel of Ease; moat (fishing) and site of a castle nearby. Ashperton is one of the Hop Churches, a benefice of eight parishes within the Ledbury Deanery.
