Haclagan Beach Resort is a favorite picnic site of the people of Salcedo and Mercedes, especially during summer. It has a 50 meter knee-deep walk facing the Pacific before you reach the deep part of the beach with high waves good for surfing. White sand and marine life is present in the area.
